Assistant Manager- Internal Communication

Urgently looking for Manager and Assistant Manager for Internal Communication with one of the leading MNC.

Location: Chennai

Designation: Assistant Manager/ Manager

Job Requirement:

- Conceptualize and lead end-to-end internal messaging campaigns. Using intrusive employee engagement methods, themes chosen in consultation with delivery leaders and MarCom

- Write copy for internal advertisements and link up with graphic designing and rich media teams

- Create campaign specific communications budget, and formulating pre-launch ROI for each campaign

- Devise content and communication plan for employee welfare support groups

- Support event in-charge for all other big and small events; liaise with various internal stakeholders for ideas, communications’ platforms, creating exhaustive communications plans

Experience: 4-6 years
