Urgent opening for AM – Institutional Invoicing for leading financial services based at Gurgaon.   We are looking for someone who is strong in academics. An ideal candidate would be a CA with 3 to 4 years of experience. Though we are looking at a qualified accountant with around 2-3 years of PQE in managing invoices and Accounts Receivable process  Person should be responsible for generating/reviewing Management fee.  Ability to understand and interpret the complex billing arrangements of Institutional Clients  Open for CTC upto 10L only  1. Exp in AP and AR   2. Excellent in Invoicing   3. High understanding of Revenue accounting   4. Prepare and Dispatching of Invoice   5. Involved in Month end activity   6. Excellent Accounting knowledge is must   7. Exposure of Mutual Fund Companies   8. Academically strong   Key accountabilities  - Generation / Review of Annual Management Fee invoices as per the client agreement terms using the Gambit Billing Application.  - Ensuring that all rebates are reinvested / paid out within the time limit as specified by the agreements.  - Preparation / review of Annual Performance fee invoices as per the timelines.  - Responsible for monthly forecast and accrual process related Institutional income  - Liaising with stakeholders (e.g. Relationship Directors / Other Finance teams) and auditors (statutory and internal) to ensure a smooth process.  - Preparation of monthly Dashboard showing the open items and Debtors ageing position.  - Support different initiatives such as Implementation of I-Share class invoicing process, Revenue Assurance - contract review, Business Projects Implementation - Clean Share Class, Workforce Management etc  Skills & Experience  Qualified accountant with 2-3 years experience in management of invoicing and AR Process or B.Com Graduate with prior working experience of 5-6 years in management of invoicing and AR process  - Ability to understand and interpret the complex billing arrangements of Institutional Clients  - Sound financial concepts, knowledge of accounting principles especially with regard to revenue recognition  - Demonstrate advanced knowledge on financial analytical techniques  - Should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).  - Knowledge of Hyperion / JD Edwards/ Oracle would be an added advantage  - Exposure to Fidelity specific systems such as GFAS would be preferred  Kindly send cv's in doc format with below details:  Current Location : Education (passout year) : Total exp: Exp in revenue accounting: Exp in invoicing management: Exp in AR processes(y/N): Current Company : Current Desgn : Current CTC: Expected CTC: Date of Birth:- Notice Period:  Priyanka WizeCareers Consultants 9873369888
