AM - IFRS/Indian GAAP/US GAAP - Capital Market/Accounting Advisory Services Team

Job Description:

Capital Market and Accounting Advisory Services is a dedicated global team of professionals that provides high-value advisory services under IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP along with capital markets services.

The role requires you to:

- Provide GAAP conversion services to clients

- Provide accounting advisory support (IFRS/US GAAP/Indian GAAP) to clients

- Write memos/issue papers on accounting issues

- Assist clients in their IPO preparedness process and preparation of financial information for IPO transactions

- Assist due diligence teams in IFRS/US GAAP impact assessment on cross-border transactions

- Contribute to thought leadership publications on IFRS, US GAAP and Indian GAAP

Desired Skills

- Additional qualification of CPA, ACCA, and post-graduation in accounting will be an added advantage

- Experience of working on US GAAP / IFRS Audits in the past will be an added advantage

- Quick learner and works well within a team

- Ability to explain in a simple way complex accounting and financial reporting issues

- Ability to read, understand and apply technical accounting standards

- Well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Good communication skills

- Should be flexible to travel
