Role:

- This role will manage HR generalist & organization development for various companies’ offices. Primary responsibilities will be employee Engagement and Development, Employee Services, Performance Management, MIS, competency mapping, competency management & development, compensation management.

Candidate Profile:

- Looking for an MBA with at least 6 years of experience in HR generalist, employee engagement & OD with exposure in OD activities like competency mapping & development, performance appraisal & management etc and generalist activities like induction, MIS, employee engagement etc.
