Executive Hiring is looking for an Asst. Mgr. – HR for a FMCG major based at Kolkata.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE -

- A Post Grad in HR / IR with minimum 2-3 years of work exp. in a large FMCG / IT, handling Talent management with at least 1 year in talent Acquisition at the Management Cadre across functions is mandatory.

- A very good understanding of Performance Management system, HRIS, Campus Recruitment and Management Traineeship is required.
