Opening with a Multinational Management Consulting Firm for a role in HR & Recruitment.
Key responsibilities
Talent Acquisition/Recruitment – 60-70%
- Set up of jobs and screening questions and ensuring job postings are up to date and refreshed with consultants, employees and on job sites
- Manage candidate activity and report weekly on candidate pipeline .
- Screening CVs / applications – internal / external
- HR Screening Interview of candidates for business as a part of recruitment process
- Coordinating phone interviews, face to face interviews, tests and assessments. This will include booking rooms and preparing materials when necessary.
- Recording interview and manager feedback
- Send appropriate communications to qualified and unqualified candidates.
- Raising purchase orders, reimbursement of expenses and payment of agency fees
- Managing relationships with agencies
- Assemble offer packets and issue offer to prospective candidates for hires.
- Managing the employee referral process .Maintenance of the New Starter Spreadsheet
HR Management and Administration – 30-40%
- Take ownership of and provide high quality day to day administration and transactional services with appropriate interpretation and application of HR policies, processes and procedures.
- Produce accurate employee correspondence in a timely manner, ensuring relevant data capture and that files are regularly updated.
- Manage end to end employee onboarding for new hires in the organisation.
- Effectively manage employee ‘life cycle’, answer all employee queries.
- Manage India level HR data and reports including attrition analysis, performance data analysis, and talent matrix.
