Work Experience - 1-6 Yrs

Employee Engagement:-

- Lead the Employee Engagement Action Team for stakeholders within the organization.

- Gauge the pulse of the organization through wide range focus groups thereby identifying priority focus areas.

- Partner on action plans, strategies and initiatives on the Identified focus areas, to improve overall employee engagement..

- Engaging employees to reduce attrition..

- Conducting Employee engagement activities to ensure employees are actively engaged.

Talent Acquisition:-

- Execute Talent Acquisition-Hiring of employees through various mixture of channels.

- Sourcing prospective candidatures using a combination of cost-effective hiring channels.

- Conducting preliminary HR Assessments on candidate's fitment within the respective department and overall in the organization.
