Eligibility: ONLY MALE Candidates with MBA and minimum 2 - 4 years of Experience in implementing HR systems using IT tools and are from HRMS / HRIS background NEED TO APPLY.
** Candidate who is well versed in implementing HR systems using IT tools & are from HRMS / HRIS in FMCG; FMDG; RETAIL FOOD CHAIN background will be given first preference.

Brief Role:
We are in need of a candidate who is well versed in implementing HR systems using IT tools.
1. Design, plan, test and implement both new applications and enhancements of existing systems, example: (a). Intranet website development; (b). Online PMS – Integration with SAP; (c). E-Learning ;(d). Other Process Implementations
2. Collaborate with the Vendor in all developments, testing, implementations
3. Work with Stakeholders in the Operations & Support Center teams in implementing, training all new systems
4. Ensure integrity of HR Databases Maintain & track all personnel & HR information on the system. Updated and verified
5. Ensure effective storage, retrieval and reporting of team member data
