JOB Description

Partner with Business to

1. Facilitate the Organisation in transitioning from Talent Retention to Talent Management, linking the culture of the Organisation to Business needs.

2. Build a business focussed learning and development platform for employees to increase their value proposition and enable them to innovate and grow.

3. Lead employee engagement for better retention and productivity

4. Sustain culture and values of the company.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

1. Partner in the performance management cycle ( PMS ) right from KRA setting, performance and leadership competency review, normalization and increment and promotion cycle.

2. Design and execute the employee engagement framework in line with gallup emgagement survey results

3. Build a culture of Reward and Recognition in the Organisation, with adequate controls in place. Follow guidelines and use innovative ways for assimilation of values in the organization

4. Lead the Leading and development need identification and plan for the fulfillment of the same for the function.
Major Challenges :

1. Managing the ever growing expectations from the employees High attrition in the function , leading to depletion of talent pool.

2. Most role holders are managing national roles / jobs which need unique skills.

3. Large pool of B3 and above stakeholders in the Business

4. Low engagement scores in the function.
