Assistant Manager – Human Resources(Talent Management)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling Employee Life Cycle post induction till exit
- Managing end to end HR deliverables for HR operations and Employee relations across entire employee life cycle
- Make recommendations on initiatives and policies that are required for building a progressive and vibrant work culture.
- Work towards improving employee satisfaction scores and metrics for the teams.
- Conduct exit interviews and perform analysis of the same to identify issues/patterns and work towards resolving them.
Skills:
- Min 4 years of experience (2 years relevant) into Talent Management/ Employee Relations with ITES Industry
- Good on decision-making and problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in 24/ 7 shifts.
