Role -
Payroll Administration:
- To prepare salary inputs
- Submitting Monthly reports/ PF challans
- Coordinating with Vendor for all reimbursement matters
- Promptly responding to all queries pertaining to these.
Induction
- Responsible for implementing the Induction process end to end for all the new joinees in terms of joining formalities, appointment letter, presentations, handholding/ arranging functional Meetings etc, follow up on documents
Performance Management
- To ensure the process is completed as per timelines w.r.t to Goal setting/ Mid Year review and Final review
- Providing necessary data to the Functional Heads enabling them to complete the appraisal process for each team member
- Back end working of increments/promotions etc as per the corporate guidelines
- Releasing appraisal /increment letters to all
- Bonus Calculation And letters
- Bonus Plan and letters
Training
- Training Needs Assessment
- Coordinating with employees to ensure nominations and participations in training programs
- Helping the central team to identify vendors for function/company specific Programs
Reward & recognition (Joint)
- Launching awards and inviting nominations – Mailers /Teazers
- Arranging for the screening
- Organising Award /trophies etc with the vendor
- Announcing and felicitations
- Open House related back end work
Exit Mangement (P)
- Facilitating the clearance process for the resigned employee
- Support in gratuity/PF relayed matters
- Exit Interviews
- Coordinating for their F&F
- Issuing letters
Employee Engagement (P)
- Spearheading all activities related Celebrations of occasions/ festivals and other such initiatives from time to time
