AM / Manager - HR (Organisation Development & Compliance)

Reporting to: AVP (HR)

Compensation: Negotiable

PROFILE REQUIREMENT:

Qualification: Full-time MBA from a top B-school preferably XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCHMRD (2009 - 2006 Batch)

Experience: 4 - 6 years professional work experience in HR with at least 2 years experience in Compliance/OD

- Transition Management

- Performance Planning and Review

- HR Metrics and Analytics

- Recruitment and Selection

- Focused Internship Program

- Should have had exposure to line functions and should have handled OD projects in the past (70-30 mix)

- Good in communication, emphatic personality and should be able to deal with people at all levels.

- Should be able to think out-of-the-box and be able to apply theoretical OD concepts to real situations

- MBAs from premier institute will be preferred
