Job Profile :

- All essential Labour compliance to be (i) identified and (ii) met

- Ensure Statutory registers, Notices, Display boards etc.

- Industrial licensing- Contract labour license, Registration Certificate, Shops &

- Establishment Registration, Factory License & Registration, MPCB etc.

- Statutory returns-half yearly, annual etc.

- Statutory payments- Labour welfare fund etc.

- Govt. communications- notice of change of Manager/ occupier, address etc.

- Contractors and Contract Labour Management

- Legal and Court Cases

- Labour Inspections

- Union negotiation meetings and long term bonus settlement

Work Location : Mumbai

CTC : 6 Lkhs to 10 Lkhs

Experience : 2 to 8 years

Candidate should be Two years MBA HR Fulltime with Industrial Relations Exposure with strong knowledge of Labour Laws preferably from Manufacturing/Plant Exposure
