Scope of role
- To actively support / manage the industrial relations scenario within the org with specific reference to ensuring a peaceful and harmonious working environment at the site . To assist IR Manager on all matters relating to employee relations and other statutory requirements concerning staff in general.
- Ideal candidate should have PG in HR+ IR with at least 5 years in similar functions in the age group of

Special Skills Required:
- Tact, diplomacy, networking, power to convince and influence, resilience, sensitivity, thorough knowledge of labour laws / industrial relations, appropriate high level contacts. and laisoning skills
