Strong Exposure of General HR function like Payroll, Statutory , Handling employee grievance.
The position will be responsible for overseeing all formalities from a time a candidate joins the organization, till he leaves. Will also undertake employee engagement activities and generate MIS reports
Recruitment on Pan India Level
- Managing the employee’s induction to the organization and ensuring all paper work is completed.
- Ensuring timely gathering of attendance and salary processing
- Employee record keeping.
- Conducting Reference checks and exit interviews
- Employee Engagement and attrition management
- Employee query/Grievance resolution
- Coordinating with employee and legal authority for matter related to statutory compliance like to PF, ESIC, EPF.
- Preparing MIS
Reporting to -- HEAD HR
Qualification
MBA - Full Time
EXPERIENCE - 5 to 7 yrs
