JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION: Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner

JOB LOCATION - Chennai

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conceptual Understanding of HR Business Partner Function and its implication on transactional Business Partner service environment

- Should have handled at least 600 – 800 employees for HR BP activities.

- Exposure to performance management , through HR intervention to keep high performing workforce

- Ability to develop employee engagement model

- Ability to exercise high level initiative, Judgment , discretion in accomplishing the task that meets the business priorities and objectives

- Effective Organizational skills and ability to judge priority and work independently

- Ability to adopt and demonstrate teaming and leadership behavior and skills in managing crisis situation

- Ability to pursue critical thinking of current HR practice/s and suggest ways to improve / streamline to bring efficiency

- Conversant with basic Employment /Regulatory / Statutory compliance , from a Labour Law perspective

- Excellent Oral and Written Communication

- Conversant with MS – Office tools
