We are looking to hire Human Resource specialists for one of the world's leading management consulting firms.
This is a mid-managerial position wherein this person would be handling an end to end engagement role starting with a focus on on employee engagement, L&D, R&R, etc. for a span of control of ~100-150 employees.
- Strong leadership skills, academic credentials and good communication skills would be preferable.
- Candidates with 5-8 years of post qualification experience, out of which 4-5 years should have been focused around a HRBP role in a professional services/IT/KPO/Consulting firm would be desired.
