Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Partner Resources (Business Partner).

Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Location: Delhi/NCR

CTC: Depending upon current CTC - Negotiation (in INR)

Client Industry: Foods & Beverages Retail Chain (Coffee Chain Retail)

No Of Positions: 1

Brief Role:

This is an HR Business Partner/ Generalist profile for an International Food Chain Retail, where:

- End to end HR support has to be provided to the Operations (Store) teams in the city.

- May have to indulge in recruitment to certain extent.

- HR Coordination and Excellent communicator (In English in Particular).

- All HR related process ( e.g.: compensation, training, Performance Management, etc)

- Implementations for the supported business (Technology; system upgrade etc.)

- Partner engagement and

- Query resolution, etc

Preferred Candidate's Profile:

Experience: 3 To 4 (Years) MALE CANDIDATE.

Preferred verticals: (Food Chain Retail, Retail, Telecom, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Pharma etc.)

Skills: Training & Development, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Performance Management, End to End Recruitment, T&D, Corporate HR.

Desired Profile:

- Preferred MBA - HR (2011- 2013 Batch pass out via Regular Curriculum from any TIER I & II B-School) with 3 - 4 years of experience.

- Mandatory Linguistic Proficiency: English, Hindi (Local Dialect).
