- To provide support to the assigned business and to guide them on all employee management activities.
- To provide support to Business in dealing with cases related to disciplinary, grievance, PIP and absence management.
- Handle employee concerns related to grievances and escalations on HR policies & practices and other disciplinary procedures
- Conducting the corporate induction program for new joiners
- Conduct joining formalities of a new joiner
- Liaising with business to initiate the confirmation process of employees who are due to be confirmed.
- Conduct HR sessions, HR skips to know the pulse of the organization
- Initiate the 6monthly & annual performance management process.
- Ensure timelines are adhered to
- Ensure performance ratings for all employees are received from business
- Handle internal and external audits on behalf of the business
- Create a positive work culture by using various innovative methods of forums.
- Policy Cascade sessions ;Awareness sessions of changes in policy or new policies
- Addressing employee grievances with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Implementing HR policies, systems & procedures for business
- Manage misconduct & gross misconduct cases
- Manage transfer of employees inter location and intra location.
- Conduct Exit Interviews and follow the exit management process
- Full & Final & PF
- Prepare gap analysis & mentioning improvement areas for business
- Responsible to manage and maintain all employees files.
