- Providing quality remedial and enrichment support to children from primary grades in areas of urban poverty
- Making youth in areas of urban poverty employable (learning facilitators) by providing them extensive training and standardized pedagogy
Key responsibilities will entail:
- Sourcing, Screening and short listing candidates based on the job description shared.
- Taking care of entire joining formalities and coordinating with the payroll regarding employee files.
- Prepares salary and leave adjustments.
- Interprets, explains & recommends changes to rules & regulations as they relate to payroll.
- Handling Statutory Compliance- ESI, PF, PT and other.
- Handling all administration work of office and centres.
- Maintain stock according to the requirement of office and centres.
- Managing purchase, repair, maintenance & replacement of office/Centre equipment’s & furniture.
- Validate quotations/control of cost management and coordinating timely to vendors for bill payment.
- Ensuring the required materials are delivered within stipulated time by smooth coordination.
- Procurement and timely renewal of service agreements, registration certificates and licenses.
- Managing the on-location and site inspection for new Centre.
- Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office /centres.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administration / office management.
- Maintaining housekeeping & pantry staff.
- Any other task assign from time to time.
