Job Role :

1. Deliver Budget and Outlook based on Global Accounting standards for all Service Lines

2. Drive Local Budget and Outlook process with Business Unit and Service Line Controllers

3. Driving month end close process for Global Reporting

4. Lead Driver based analysis of Gross Margins and Direct, Indirect Expenses reported on monthly basis

5. Prepare PowerPoint presentation on Financial update for monthly/bi-monthly/Annual Leadership meeting

6. Work on standard cost rate calculations basis proper allocation of expenses like occupancy, technology etc.

7. Take up projects related to Margin, Expense management or any other project as may be decided

8. Coach and motivate team members on continuous basis

Academic Qualifications :Chartered Accountant

Experience : 4-7 years
