AM - Financial Planning & Analysis - Big4

Looking for a person having experience into Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Analysis, Finance & Accounts for a leading Big4 in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:-

- Handle detailed interactions with the clients.

- Gather requirements and information. Guiding team on analysis to be performed on the financial data.

- Review work prepared by team members for sign off by Associate Manager/ Manager

- Handle detailed interactions with the clients.

Key Skills Required:-

- Read and interpret financial statements, and perform data analysis

- Have an eye for detail, advanced understanding of accounting concepts and good analytical skills

- Have the ability to add industry analysis including KPIs

- Have expert knowledge of MS Excel (with basic knowledge of charts/graphs/pivot table/macros)

- Have leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills

- Have excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing effectively in English

- Be able to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues in India and around the world

Qualification Required-

CA/CFA/MBA with 4-6 years of relevant post qualification experience with:

a) Management Consultancy firms.

b) MNC/BPO/KPO or large Indian companies, preferably within a shared service environment.

Minimum 1 year of team handling experience is mandate.
