Responsibilities:

- Budgeting and Financial Planning with regards to Projects (Order Intake, Order Backlog, Sales up to GP including capacity)

- Ensuring correct project accounting, accounting of LD & warranty provisions, identification and accounting for accruals of outstanding invoices, bad debt provisions, etc.

- Project profitability and risks monitoring and detailed analysis from inception till end of the projects after coordination with other departments concerning project status, project risks, etc.

- Monitoring project cash flow

- Reporting to Top Management in India and also to Head Office in Cologne – Project wise.

- Ensuring Sox Compliances (Internal Controls with respect to Job Costing Process).

- Maximise use of IT systems (SAP & Time Recording systems) to gather the information about Project Performance.

- Ensuring further development of SAP system and enhanced use of standards of Head office in Cologne (e.g. FAK report, …)

Requirements:

- CA / ICWA.

- Minimum Working experience of 5 years with a strong experience in Project Controlling/Performance measurement experience.

- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (very strong skills in Excel)

- Exposure of working in on SAP experience will be big advantage.

- Excellent Communication Skills – both written and oral

- Strong Analytical Skills
