AM - Financial Due Diligence

Looking for candidates with strong experience in Financial Due Diligence, FDD.

- Must have done projects in Financial Due Diligence.

- Can also look at candidates with a combination of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance but needs to have a strong understanding and practical exp in FDD role

People who have experience in cash flow, working capital, who have handled due diligence in MNCs or corporate clients will also work provided they are willing to enter in the financial due diligence.
