AM - Financial Controllership - Taxation/Audit

Candidate Summary:

- 5 years experience in Controllership function with exposure in Taxation and STPI, internal audit function, finalisation of audit reports and discussions with stake-holders.

- Sound knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation and compliance requirements.

Job Role:

To strengthen system controls:

- To ensure Balance Sheet review

- To ensure Profit & Loss reviews

- To provide analysis to support governance and policies

Effective working capital management:

- Review key contracts (vendor plus intercompany revenue contracts)

- Facilitate Legal consultancy for the company

- Ensure statutory compliances.

- Handle Statutory and Tax audits, deal with Group Internal Audit, BCO teams, as appropriate.

- Ensure proper internal controls within the accounting process
