Role - Assistant Manager Financial Control Location - BKC, Mumbai Qualification - CA (NON CA's do not apply) MAIN ASSIGNMENTS : - Responsible for assisting in timely and adequate financial reporting, manage statutory reporting, audits and compliances. Main Responsibilities: - To Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and Monthly Reporting. - To Coordinate with the Audit Team and implement Audit Observations. - To Comply with local and headquarters' reporting and statutory requirements and adhering to time schedules. - To Get the accounts audited and cleared with statutory auditors to the required time schedule: - To Work on automaton of business processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of accounts. - To Work with internal audits, and ensure completion of Audits. - To Monitor TDS deductions & timely deposits. - To Compute & pay GST. - To Prepare & Finalize of Tax Audit Report & conducting tax audit - To handle Interco settlement and reconciliation. - To Understand the Balance sheet preparation. - To Coordinate the group Audit for Calendar year - IFRS Implementation of Lease, Revenue recognition. - To Coordinate in internal Audits - To Prepare of annual Balance sheet - To Prepare of notes to annual accounts - To Coordinate the audit for financial year and group audit - To Support in SAP implementation If relevant do share your updated CV with following details: Current CTC- Fixed + variable: Expected CTC: Educational Qualifcation- CA only: Notice period:
