Role : Associate Manager - Financial & Business Research/Quantitative & Qualitative Research

The responsibilities of an associate manager in Financial & Business Research will include the following :

- Perform qualitative and quantitative research on the target companies including financial analysis, preparing industry reports, pitch books, company profiling, etc.

- Analyzing financial and strategic information of clients.

- Write reports to present the findings, and analysis from research

- Manage a team of 8-9 professionals

Job requirements :

To qualify, candidates must have :

- Chartered Accountancy/MBA degree from a premier institute with 6+ years of post-qualification relevant experience.

- Excellent understanding of company, industry, economic research, financial statements and valuations

- Knowledge in analyzing merger and acquisition (M&A) drivers for a given sector
