Assistant Manager - Gurgaon

Designation: Assistant Manager (individual role) with a reputed MNC

Shift timings: 3:30 pm – 11:30 pm

Candidate has to be excellent with communication skills and should have work exp in global business only

Educational Qualifications: Masters in Finance & Accounting/ CA preferred

Responsibilities

- This position is responsible for the management of Opex reporting. This role also works closely & collaboratively with various business partners such as Finance, Pricing, Global Procurement and Vendors Payable to drive process efficiency. Detail oriented and analytical skills are must to assist Managers in optimizing cost saving initiatives.

Major responsibilities:

- Budget Management and Reporting

- Update forecasts for all cost centers

- Coordinate with key stakeholders and internal customers to obtain monthly inputs and extract data from proprietary tools related to Financials and A&P

- Work closely with the Contracts Team to develop contracts & addendums ongoing basis.

- Process technology upgrade invoices from merchants

- Report on monthly variance for cost centers and perform detailed reconciliation of all vendor invoices

- Develop & Implementation of financial modeling & database

- Set up, process and track (Statements of Work) SOW’s and Vendor invoices through working with the procurement team.

- Process monthly re-class journal entries

- Perform any Ad hoc analysis, i.e. Telecom analysis

Key Skills

- Advanced Excel & Access skills are must

- Require strong relationship management with key stakeholders to consolidate monthly financial results.

- Drive results on simultaneous, multiple tasks with differing levels of progress

- Ability to lead 2+ projects simultaneously with guided help from managers
