Hiring Assistant Manager – ERP Finance for a Telecom Client

- Experience Required - Good knowledge in Oracle, Finance and Project management

Relevant Experience (Functions, roles, duration) :

- 4-5 years of experience in Oracle finance. Having 2-3 end to end implementation projects.

Major Activities

- Support and maintenance of Oracle system for day to day working from finance perspective

A) Timely resolution of issues reported w.r.t. Oracle Finance

B) Reduction in system related issues on permanent basis

C) Implement new changes and existing functionalities.

Implementation of new projects in Oracle to support new business requirement

A) Project Implementation within expected timelines

B) Core user and End user satisfaction in terms of usage, reporting, control and functionality.

C) Time and cost saving on the basis of functionalities development within Finance ERP.

Maintenance of complete and accurate master data in Oracle

A) Validating existing Finance related masters in ERP with Circle finance team

B) Support auditors in audit of Master data and plug the identified gaps

C) Build new control in system and process to ensure completeness and accuracy in new masters

D) Periodic review of master for critical fields
