AM - Engineering - Pharma

We are having Job Opening with Leading Multinational Pharma Company for the position AM - Engineering at Nasik Location.

Job Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility of maintenance activities related to Liquid Injectable Ampoule Washing Machine, Sterilization Tunnel & Filling machine, Autoclave, Automatic Inspection machine, stickering and blister pack & Cartoning machines , Ointment manufacturing equipments & packaging machines , strip packing machines , cartonators , Palletisers.

- To execute day to day maintenance activities for equipment in the above areas based on criticality of use and impact on quality of product.

- Ensure availability of optimum quantity of spares to minimize down time.

- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance for optimum machine performance.

- Knowledge of computerized Maintenance management system.

- Maintain documents as regards maintenance activities (CAMMS)

- Co-ordinate with manufacturing for maintenance schedule.

- Maintain machines for optimum performance.

- Installation & commissioning of new machines/equipments

- To support the capital projects

Educational Qualification and Experience:

BE (Mechanical) from reputed institute with 7 to 10 years of experience with well known Pharma Industry only.
