Assistant Manager-Employee Relations-Global IT Education Organisation in Gurgaon.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling various employee engagement activities such as :
- Ensure the timely and unbiased execution of the Rewards & Recognition programs, and any other employee engagement or employee development plans
- Organizing Skip Level Meetings, Team Huddles and One - One Meetings by Line function.
- Collection & Analysis of data/results/observations of Skip Level, Team Huddles and One to One Meetings conducted by Line function.
- Attrition Management – Maintaining database, implementation and actions on EWS
- Identifying effective ways to retain key performers
- Collaborate with and provide appropriate data to service delivery partners (e.g. Recruitment, Rewards & Recognition, and Payroll)
- Taking strategic HR initiatives for the overall improvement of the organization& employees.
- Respond to and provide on time resolution to enquiries related to Human Resources.
- Ensure that staff remains knowledgeable of HR policies and protocols in support of the review and processing of personnel action forms.
- Interact with teams/ individuals as part of formal/ informal groups so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements. Conducting regular surveys and dip-sticks
- Identification and implementation of employee friendly policies
- Performance Management- Compilation of PMS output in identifying developmental areas & career plans.
- HRMIS/ Dashboard preparation
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Must have experience in HR at least 4-7 yrs in Employee Engagement/Employee Relations.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through, process oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated and able to perform with minimal supervision
