The role performs essential functions pertaining to zonal customer service activities like mini store, operations, documentation management,training & Quality and Retention.It acts as single point of contact for all CS activities of the zone.

- System Implementation VPN Id's Store Upkeep & Grooming Service Inventory Manpower management Uniform management

- Dunning - month on month

- Churn Organizing Lets Meet & Smile Camps

- Q&Q Audits Internal Audits Refresher Training, Communication Tagging CSAT

- VAS Up selling/Postpaid, Prepaid Sales from VMS

- Employee rapport with Zonal Employees
