AM/DM - Usage & Revenue Lead - Mobile Service Provider

We are looking for a AM/DM - U&R Lead - with a leading mobile service provider based in New Delhi.

Job Details :

Location : New Delhi

Grade : DM /AM

Department : Marketing Operations

CTC : As per the Norm

Experience : 4 - 8 yrs

Education : Pref, MBA

Main Responsibilities :

- Coordinates with marketing research agencies and different circles to conduct competitor analysis, understand consumer behaviour, test satisfaction with brand, profile customers, test new communication etc.

- Ensures high revenue generation by attracting new customers and retaining the present ones by keeping the churn under control.

- Carries out all prepaid activities like offering new schemes, costing, customer promotions, launching new products & services and modifying the current ones to increase acquisitions.

- Coordinates with team to plan new tariffs, new products & services, changes like physical packaging etc.

- Targets specific customer segments like corporate etc. and promotes product features through events, contests, road shows etc.

- Base management of HVC+, ensure base share and revenue share targets are achieved. Increase stable base share & reduction of churn

- Ensure effective and result oriented deployment of Retention & Usage models like CPM & Displacement

- Driving Usage & Customer Delight via 121 - increase customer & retailer penetration, tertiary revenue through 121 and maintaining 121 P&L

- Increase STD & ISD penetration in prepaid as per targets month on month, ensure segmented promotions are done on a regular basis.

- Tracking campaign effectiveness and revenue upside by closely tracking and monitoring each campaign. Coordinating with other product verticals to ensure revenue maximization

- Regularly track and monitor base KBIs, activity update, ILD / NLD, 121, retailer facing U&R through 121.
