Company Profile: This opening is for a leading Asset Management Company.

Job Role : Asst Manager / Deputy Manager Treasury Operations.

Department : Operations

Reports to: Chief Manager-Treasury Operations

Location: Mumbai (prefer Mumbai based candidates only)

Preferred Candidates – Chartered Accountants with minimum 2 – 5 years of ecperience

Job Description :

- The person will be handing the Accounts activities related to Treasury operations.

- Managing cash flows of each scheme across 130 bank accounts from 20 banks of daily average of Rs 5600 crores to efficiently to facilitate optimal utilisation of scheme liquidity and help generate optimal returns.

- Timely and accurate payment of all statutory dues and filing of returns.

- Ensure reconciliation of 130 bank accounts.

- Ensuring timely payment of all vendor dues and accrued expenses with proper checks and controls

- Ensuring all regulatory reporting, RBI reporting and internal reports are timely prepared and disseminated

- Timely tracking of corporate actions through the cash flow statements

- Timely payment of all statutory dues like Dividend Distribution Tax on weekly basis, NRI TDS every month, Securities Transaction Tax, VAT on quarterly basis and Quarterly / Annual filing of returns.

Monitoring of all regulatory and internal MIS.
