- Controller of employee engagement budget
- Driving Annual engagement activity as per calendar
- Rewards & recognition program
Performance Management Process :
- Monitor the productivity of sales team monthly
- Ensure every new employee have defined KPIs within 7 days of joining
- Owner of PM system (WORKLINE) -
Learning & Development :
- Controller of L&D budget & plan - Identifying Training Need Analysis
- Proposed training program based on requirement
- Drive training program -
Reporting :
- Preparation of presentation deck for all activity
- Reporting of suggestions / recommendation based on insights
HR Projects :
- Any upcoming projects based on organization requirement

- Abilities to delivery quick with zero error
- Adhering the process and find ways to improve the process
Financial acumen :
- Understanding basic financial for non-financial professional
- Recommendation / suggestion through talent management analytics

Ideal experience :
- MBA HR with 2-3 years- talent management / employee engagement experience in corporate environment preferably e-commerce firms, reputed factory and retail distribution firm
