They should have experience in hiring across functions and levels with good network and market mapping of the key real estate players in the west region. This is a specialist role and will cater to hiring requirements in residential and commercial in the west region.
Job Description -
- Prepare, monitor and control annual manpower plan and budgets based on business forecast.
- Process owner for vendor selection, utilization, conducting periodic performance evaluation and review.
- Ensuring organizational hiring needs are met within planned TAT, Cost and Quality.
- Effective usage of hiring software/portals to create and maintain database of all applicants. MIS management to measure efficiency and effectiveness of hiring process.
- Conducting campus hiring drives at premium Engineering and Management Colleges. To encourage hiring numbers from Employee Referral programs and Internal Job Postings and Group Mobility. Leading the diversity hiring and TAAP program for the organization.
