Position : AM/DM -Talent Acquisition (Corporate role)

Reporting to : CHRO

Job Description :

- Experience in Sourcing, Recruitment and Selection across varied skills, disciplines, levels and geographies with key focus on profitability and optimal utilisation of resources.

- Training & Development, Performance & Appraisal.

- Managing the recruitment and selection process.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital &Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

- Payroll Management
