Recruitment Budget & Planning :
- Controller of recruitment budget of the organization
- Ensure hiring as per recruitment budget for pan india
Talent Identifying & Mapping :
- Sourcing profiles through right sourcing channels mix
- Mapping every open position
- Meeting every candidate and sharing feedback
- Scheduling and coordinating with various stakeholders
Negotiating & Offer :
- Mapping the salary structure & ranges of each functions and grades
- Candidate negotiation and confirmation
- Offer approval process from issuing offer to candidates
On-boarding new employee
- Fortnight engagement with the offered candidate
- Complete documentations as per checklist
- Welcome on-board announcement on
Recruitment Reporting :
- Preparation of weekly recruitment presentation deck
- Reporting variance in recruitment budget (number & cost)
HR Projects :
- Driving talent acquisition module through HRMS (WORKLINE)
- Making organization Choice Of Employer

- Abilities to delivery quick with zero error
- Adhering the process and find ways to improve the process
Financial acumen :
- Understanding of salary components and impacts of cost to company
- Recommendation / suggestion through recruitment analytics

- Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and teams to drive customer and stakeholder satisfaction
- Ideal experience : MBA HR with 2-3 years- talent acquisition experience in corporate environment preferably e-commerce firms and retail distribution
