Job Description of Tele AM/DM, DSA
Quantitative:
- To achieve Gross and Net targets
- To Keep sales reversals under control as per targets
- To Keep second bill not paid, under control
- Drive higher ARPU by selling high rental plans
- Increase penetration of MI
- Maintain partner profitability
- Onboard new partners as per business needs
- To achieve set norms for T4M
Qualitative :
- Adhere to permanent journey plan
- Maintain relationship with partner to drive business growth consistently
- Conduct regular training's of channel partner staff
- Drive high energy & motivation levels on floor
- Drive higher productivity from tele callers and FOS
- Ensure continuous engagement of workforce to reduce attrition
- To plan bench strength proactively
- To effectively engage other departments like marketing, CS on day to day basis
- To regularly conducts audits at sales vendor premises
- To analyse and do in depth check on quality of business sourced
- To ensure no channel partner attrite
