Role purpose :
The process manager shall be responsible and accountable for driving and executing the overall process improvement areas having direct impact on the revenues and cost to the company.
Job Description :
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Identifying the missing processes, helping teams to create the processes and identifying improvement areas in the existing processes
- Prioritize the high impact processes areas and drive it to finish line till execution
- Document the new / changed process with all approvals in place
- Monitor and review the newly / changed implemented process for period of 3 months
