Position : Partner Account Manager

Designation : AM / DM

CTC : 7 to 13 Lacs

Location : Alwar / Ajmer / Udaipur / Kota

Job Role :

- Effective Channel management leading to account Engagement.

- FOS management leading to desired productivity.

- Sales target achievement both in terms of number and revenue management.

- Ensuring quality leading to churn management as per specified norms.

- Process Management for sales Tools, R&R, training

- Performs essential functions in the areas of SME Account Management processes, (CSA) management.

- Responsible to handle a team of 20 CSA FOS and ensure sales target achievement.

- Establishes / Builds relationship with Key individuals in SMEs that allow for continuity and ongoing representation

- Provides telecommunication solution (Voice plus Non Voice - Mobile and fixed) and after sales service to the SME.

- Follow various critical processes to ensure proper Sales Funnel.

- Creates a positive image of the brand in the corporate market through planned activities like service workshops
