Looking for an Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager - Organization Development (OD), Talent Management and Training in Bathinda, Punjab with HMEL.

Job Title : Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager - Organization Development (OD), Talent Management (TM) and Training

Location : Bathinda, Punjab

Years of Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Job Title - AM/DM - OD and Training

Job Purpose :

- Executing the Organisation Development, Leadership Development, Culture building and Talent Management Initiatives

- Taking care of the Training needs of the organization and execution of training's

Responsibilities :

OD Interventions :

- Working closely with AGM in supporting him and VP in the talent development process across the organization

- Executing the Organisation Development Interventions and change management process as planned by coordinating with the target experts and target group

- Carrying out leadership development initiatives (at senior and middle management levels) for ensuring a common understanding of HMEL culture across levels

Talent Management :

- Execution of the identification and development plan for the High Potential employees in the Organization

- Implementing the Succession Planning framework developed

Learning and Development :

- Identifying the training/development programmes and the experts as per the identified gaps

- Following the training calendar and monitoring the coverage of employees by the training programmes

- Coordinating between the internal and external resources for ensuring the learning and overseeing the aspects like logistics, availability, and payments to the concerned agencies

Employee Life-cycle events :

- Planning the induction and orientation sessions for the all the new joiners (DGMs and below)

- Taking care of the absorption of trainees (post validation) and issuance of letter

- Keeping records of the validation process for trainees and their subsequent absorption at respective levels

- Overseeing the probation process by coordinating with the respective appraisers and reviewers, and handling the extension cases (where applicable)

- Taking care of the online exit-interview process for all the outgoing employees

Vocational Internship Trainees :

- Handling the vocational internship training requests and getting the approvals as per guidelines/SOP

- Coordinating with the Technical Training Centre for handling the internships and allotting of projects for the Trainees

Qualifications :

Educational Qualifications : Should hold a regular MBA degree in Human Resources/Personnel Management from only one of these Institutions - Only from TISS/XLRI/SIBM/ SP Jain & Jamnalal Bajaj (JBIMS) candidates may apply.

Experience : Experience in Human Resource Area with more than 2 years having in-depth understanding in OD or Talent Management area.
