This is with regards to job opportunity for position of AM/DM/Manager Compensation & benefits & Payroll Specialist with a top Indian Conglomerate
JD:
Payroll :
Ensuring payroll inputs are audited before uploading data ascertain that the inputs are in line with applicable policies & execute the payroll for
- Manage transactions on new hires, transfers, resignations, promotions and any other status change in timely manner
- Headcount/Termination reconciliation.
- Ensure Final settlement & employees claims are cleared as per the companies agreed guidelines.
- Analyze the payroll input and uploaded in system with manual checking.
- Preparaing files & manual cheques for employees and upload on site.
- Prepare payment & recovery letters for each pay cycle. Follow up with onshore on settlement of recovery.
- Analyze & generate various monthly payroll report.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners' of location on Payroll input.
- Co-ordinate with vendor, HR Business Partners' & other stakeholders to ensure system issues are resolved on time.
- Follow & update agreed SOP in day to day operations.
- Update monthly, quarterly scorecard.
1.Compensation Analytics
1. Co relate compensation in line with business data and business performance.
2. Develop and recommend metrics for establishing linkages in various businesses.
3. Benchmark compensation ratios. Work with resources in Economic Cell, external agencies including research agencies, financial newspapers etc. (Employment cost ratios) with external benchmarks
4. Provide inputs into compensation budgeting process
5. Be the key resource in the portfolio for all analytics and data relating to the PeopleSoft ERP
