Marketing Usage {AM/DM}
Major Deliverables :
- Deploy marketing strategies to support changing market and business for sustained market leadership and growth
- Handle the Circle Prepaid usage to achieve Market Leadership in terms of usage, ARPU and overall OG Revenue
- Ensure product interventions drive ARPU, reduce churn, MOU displacement and give a healthy effective rate
- Identify homogenous segment to increase usage, revenue and improve stickiness
- Design incentive programs to increase product usage for each of the micro segments. Pre & Post analysis of related product launches.
- Design, Implement and execute the communication policies
- Drive own base management programs with specific focus on High value customers and ARPU upgrade of low value subs
- Maintain Insights, trackers and related dashboards signifying movement of this segment of the customers across various parameters like ARPU, Usage, MOUs, Retention, Churn etc., and impact of various initiatives
- Competition tracking : Analyze competition offers and impact on business to devise strategies for achieving market leadership
- Monthly & weekly revenue planning and forecasting. Good presentation skills
