AM/DM - Manufacturing Quality - Engine Assembly & Testing (For one of the reputed OEM)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :

- Handling overall Product audit and Process audit.

- Analyzing customer complaints, line rejection, Supplier audit and taking corrective actions.

- Establishing Initial Process Capability (Pp/Ppk) and monitoring ongoing Process Capability (Cp/Cpk.

- Defining and standardizing all the Quality Procedure.

- Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.

- Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.

- Monitor and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies. Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process.

- Section in charge for receiving inspection and CKD Engine assembly line quality.

- Customer target agreement implementation.

- KPI Review and report preparation.

- Quality Management System Implementation and monitoring.

- Internal audit co-ordination and reporting to management.

- PPAP Submission, PFMEA, Control plan.

- Monitoring and updating Customer specific requirements.

- Change management implementation and review.

- Claiming and Rejection follow up with supplier.

- Customer quality support.

- New project launch co-ordination.
