AM/DM/Manager/Senior Manager - Nodal Officer - Regulatory Affairs - Telecom

Role : Nodal Officer_AM/DM/Manager/Senior Manager

Experience : Minimum 5+ Years

Age : Strictly should not exceed 36 years

Education : Any full time Graduate (MBA Preferred)

- EX Army man / EX. Serviceman would be given the first priority

Key Role :

- Responsible for Security Compliance and Circle level coordination on regulatory compliance

- Coordinating with LEAs(Law enforcement agencies)/Regional TRAI (Telecom regulatory Authority of India)/ TERM (Telecom Enforcement and Resource Monitoring)including any inspections & audits.

- Providing timely business support and guidance on CAF Audit and regulatory compliance as per Corporate Regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinates with other functions and interacts with TERM Cell for issues pertaining to CAF, Network and QOS.

- Represents the company in Nodal related court cases without any escalations / exposures.

- Timely Updation & Escalation of issues to Regional Nodal & Regulatory Head.

- Coordinates with various function heads for all regulatory requirements, guidance, help revising circle level business process, where needed, to ensure these are understood by all concerned.

- Facilitates Audits & Surveys by agencies appointed by TRAI, including QoS and Metering & Billing Audits.
