Job Description :

- Will be responsible for the Global Operations

- Ability to analyze gaps and with root cause analysis

- To use tools and techniques to problem solve

- To be catalyst of change to facilitate the transformation projects

- To prepare and facilitate workshops, training programs, plan improvement actions and manage the project on day to day basis

- End-to-end approach engaging cross functional teams

Desired Profile :

- MBAs or Mechanical Graduates preferred

- Six Sigma knowledge is good to have/Green Belt Certification with a sound project

- Team Players

- Excellent Communication

- Should have conducted end to end Lean deployment/Process Excellence Projects

- This role will involve 80% travel within India and in a years time might involve travel to EMEA regions as well.
