AM/DM/Manager - Operational Resilience/Business Continuity - BFS

- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on Business Continuity

- Developing effective and collaborative relationships with their specific business areas and third party suppliers

- Proactively working to reduce the likelihood of disruption to critical services and ensuring that their specific business areas are appropriately prepared for disruptions

- Ensuring their business areas produce effective Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity Plans

- Working with Supplier Management to ensure proactive engagement in the Business Continuity aspects of third party due diligence

- Delivering the Operational Resilience and Business Continuity education and awareness programme across their business areas

- Working with their business areas to ensure Business Continuity Plans are appropriately exercised and matured over time

- Reviewing change programmes for any operational resilience impact on their business areas

- Supporting the Incident Response Team during any disruptions

- Knowledge of Business Continuity including Incident Management processes

- Knowledge and experience of Business Continuity tools (e.g. Clearview)

- Ability to develop trust

- Work as part of a team across multiple locations in the UK and overseas

- Knowledge of Operational Resilience and IT Disaster Recovery

- Delivering the full Business Continuity lifecycle

- Facilitating exercising

- Delivering education and awareness programmes

- Financial Services (desirable)
