AM/DM/Manager - Financial Reporting - BPO

Should be CA, CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACA , MBA Finance

- Candidates need to have relevant work experience in US GAAP Financial reporting.

OVERVIEW - PURPOSE AND CONTEXT OF THE ROLE:

- The reporting production team is responsible for the production of financial reporting data and analysis to support all financial reporting produced within the function.

- The production of financial reporting information will involve extraction of data from the group’s financial consolidation system (Magnitude) using appropriate tools (including Business Objects, Disclosure Management & Excel) and producing reports to support various stakeholders within the function.

- This team will also support financial reporting owned by teams outside the CAO function including reporting performed by the FP&A team.

OUTCOMES:

For the following activities:

Monthly:

- Monthly management information and supporting data

Quarterly:

- Quarterly management information and IMS

- Forecast information

Half-yearly/Annually:

- Half year and full year analyst packs and R&A packs

- MCEV reporting

- Annual plan submissions

- Annual budget calendarisation

Comm Skill : Excellent (International Client Interaction Role)

Shift Timing : 24*7 (Including Night)

Passport : Mandatory (Preferably H1 Visa)

Qualification : CA, CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACA (MBA Finance only applicable candidates has all the relevant experience & exposure in US GAAP Financial reporting)

Skill set :

- Hands on Experience in Financial Reporting

- 3 -7 year of post qualification working experience in Financial reporting in BPO industry / finance department of large commercial organization

- Exposure in US GAAP (and/or) USGAAP + IFRS

- People management experience/ handled end to end process or business unit

- Strong understanding of financial processes and applications - Expense Management, General Accounting, Recon or financial reporting process, Financial statement analysis / SEC reporting / XBRL taxanomy / Derivative Hedge accounting / Impairment reporting /Transfer accounting/financial close process

- Knowledge of best practice and emerging developments in similar multinational organizations
