Job Title- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Learning Design & Content

Based out of- Head Office

Position Summary

- Candidate would be responsible for design, development, branding and marketing of training programs.

Department- Training

Location- Gurgaon

Function- Human Resource

Level - Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities

1. Instrumental in conducting training / development need analysis.

- Candidate would be instrumental in conducting the TNA for all programs to identify development areas & design methodologies to address these training / development needs.

-This would require travel to various channels and locations to identify content needs and seek feedback on content developed

2. Design and development of training product offering for business channels. This includes both instructor led training and E learning

- The job requires understanding the channel needs, designing of the content, branding it and marketing it as per the target segment.

Job requires the candidate to design training games / activities / collateral to enhance training effectiveness

- The candidate would be required to ensure innovation in content / collateral / activities designed while ensuring ease of use.

2. End to end responsibility of launch of training programs

This includes liasioning with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of new programs (including marketing collateral and support activities)

3. End to end responsibility of smooth execution of existing training programs

- The job includes ensuring all required training material is available with branches for smooth execution of training programs (induction and ongoing refreshers)

Job includes updating training content on a periodic basis to ensure it alignment of training with business.

Candidate would also be responsible for ensuring adherance to compliance of mandatory certifications / guidelines.

4. Measuring training effectiveness

- Release of monthly / quarterly dashboards to study the effectiveness of

- Content Designed

- Training Delivery

Job also includes studying the impact of trainings on key business parameters and ensuring alignment of content designed to changing business needs

5. Execution of training's at HO & cascading them to branch offices

- This includes liasioning with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of new programs / products (including marketing collaterals and support activities).

- Candidate would be required to do 2-3 man days of training per month. This would include train the trainers and training for channels assigned

6. Train the trainer for programs developed.

- Trainer trainers on programs to be done at branch level.

Key Customer/ Supplier Relationships

- Internal Training team of all channels

- Marketing / Products / Actuarial / Compliance

External- Content Vendors

Job Specification/ Requirement

Qualification

Mandatory: MBA in any discipline

Mandatory:

- Prior experience in developing storyboards / manuals / presentations. Thorough Knowledge of MS Office - excel, power point and word. Knowledge of various softwares required for content including but not restricted to the following: Corel Draw, Indesign, Photoshop, Flash, Movie maker will be an added advantage.

Desirable: Certification in Instructional Design, Multimedia

Experience:Total experience of 3 - 5 years of which 2- 3 years in content development - designing of ILT and CBT

- Preferably should have 1 - 2 years of experience in training delivery

- Should have medium to high exposure in creating content or training in the BFSI segment.

- Exposure of working with a broker set up or a bancassurance partner would be added advantage
